Good Afternoon,

Here is the recent circular sent out by Luis to members. Would you please make your members aware of the changes (those who are not members) with particular reference to;

Members Guests – Each member can sign in up to 24 guests per year but they must signed in on the members ticket (Paid by the member to the shop) and be playing in the same booking.

Particularly in High Season members are finding it difficult to book tee times. Your groups must cancel any tee times not required by the latest 2pm the day before your booking. After that and applying a 10% allowance you will be charged for any no shows. With respect to other members who want to play please follow these guidelines.

There are special prices for couples and married couples, please ensure that we do not abuse this by inventing couples to obtain reduced golf costs.

On Public Holidays, with respect to our working members who want to play on those days, there will be no advanced bookings for Groups or Societies other than the normal member advanced booking facility of 7 or 8 days.

As Societies we need to remind all our members of the need to respect other players and the golf course, in terms of slow play, replacing divots, repairing pitch marks, raking bunkers after use and not taking our electric trolleys and buggies anywhere near the greens and aprons.

        Tijdens wedstrijddagen zijn er geen goedkope buggy-vouchers meer beschikbaar. Dhr. Douglas is gestopt met zijn activiteiten. Op
